At Coull Collabs, we take immense pride in the artistry and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Due to the unique nature of each item, our products are created individually, ensuring that every piece is one of a kind. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is crafted individually, and as a result, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at coullcollabs@gmail.com. To ensure a smooth resolution, please provide the following:

  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photos showing the issue clearly
  • Your order number and contact details

We will assess the situation and, if the item is found to be faulty, offer you either a replacement or a refund. This policy applies only if the product is faulty upon arrival or is damaged during shipping. Faulty items must be reported within [7 days] from the date of delivery.

3. Handmade Nature of Products

All our products are handmade with care, and as such, each item is unique. Due to the handmade process and the natural materials used, there may be small differences in color, texture, or size when compared to the images shown on our website. These differences are part of the charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

4. Product Images

While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions, the actual item may differ slightly from the images due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade process. These variations are not grounds for return or exchange.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at coullcollabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request."
  2. Provide a description of the fault or damage.
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
  4. Include your order number and contact details for reference.

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 3-5 business days to inform you of the next steps.

6. Refunds

If your item is deemed faulty, we will either offer you a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional charge. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by Coull Collabs. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. Shipping costs for all other returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense.
